According to the data presented, Málaga recorded a 29.4% year-on-year increase in demand and a 5.8% growth in occupancy. These figures, especially in terms of demand, far exceed the national average of 20%, reaffirming the dynamism and potential of this destination as one of Spain’s main tourism drivers.

The gala was filled with emotional moments and recognitions, including an award given to one of the properties managed by Stay U-nique in Málaga, rated as the best-valued property on vacation rental platforms, with a 5-star score. “This milestone reflects the company’s commitment to service excellence and guest experience, strengthening its reputation as a leader in quality vacation rental management,” the company highlighted.
