Stay Unique is kicking off its international expansion by opening three buildings in Athens

The Spanish tourism asset management company Stay Unique is launching its international expansion with the opening of three buildings located in the historic center of Athens (Greece), specifically in the Psyrri neighborhood. This is the first step in its Mediterranean expansion strategy, as the group announced in a press release on Wednesday.

“This move represents a significant milestone in Stay Unique’s evolution, consolidating our position as a leading operator in Southern Europe and reinforcing our Mediterranean expansion plan, while we continue to evaluate new opportunities in key markets such as Portugal, Italy, and Greece, as well as other major urban destinations in the Mediterranean,” said Enrique Alcántara, CEO of Stay Unique.

The move to Athens is driven both by the destination’s sustained appeal and the uniqueness of neighborhoods like Psyrri, one of the city’s most culturally and touristically vibrant districts, which combines historical heritage, local activity, and growing international demand.
