Stay Unique is taking a decisive step forward in its growth and solidifying its entry into the hotel sector with the signing of its first project in the Canary Islands, in partnership with Accor. The company will manage a hotel in Puerto de la Cruz (Tenerife) under the ibis Styles brand, marking a milestone in its evolution toward operating properties linked to major international groups.
The project, scheduled to open in 2027, involves the comprehensive transformation of an existing property into a 101-room establishment, adapted to international standards and designed to offer a modern and accessible experience.
This operation reinforces Stay Unique’s positioning as an operator capable of managing complex assets and scaling its model into the hotel segment, at a key moment of expansion for the company.
“This agreement marks a turning point for us. It allows us to make the leap into the international hotel sector and accelerate our growth roadmap,” says Sebastián Torres-Calderón, CEO of Stay Unique.
With a current presence in cities such as Barcelona, Málaga, and Seville, Stay Unique continues to expand its operations in strategic markets, focusing on assets with repositioning potential and high added value.
